We would highly recommend staying at this property because of the location & courteous staff , special thanks to Ammad tariq for making us feel like home. He is such a kind hearted and caring person, He made sure that we felt comfortable and had all the best facilities available. He upgraded us to a bigger size room and treated us Veryy well . We would definitely come bck and stay at this property only because of him and how well he took care of us, just considering us his family. Really impressed by this hospitality & looking forward to the next trip. Also Kasim the co-host at reception was very helpful and satisfied our mid night craving by ordering us food online at late hours. Over all we left the hotel with a heavy heart and made soo many memories with such good people .

Great location that is in the middle of Bond street where all the shopping takes place. Very accessible by both train and bus. The great thing is that it’s along the Elizabeth line which makes travelling from Heathrow very convenient. The room itself is slightly small but that’s expected. I like that the room is very clean and the toilets are exceptionally clean and well maintained. When I checked out, the staff helped me to store my luggage until I was ready to leave for the airport later in the evening. They also were very helpful in calling a cab for me. Overall on the pricey side but for the convenience and peace of mind I think it’s worth!

The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was amazing, we slept like logs. The site opposite the hotel was a large construction site but there was little to no noise heard in the room or communal rooms of the hotel. Th breakfast was really very good, plenty of choice of hot and cold as well as special order items. The location is perfect for anyone staying in London, it's almost on Oxford Street and Bond Street Tube Station is behind it. Would stay here again.
