The location is great. Just next to Bond Street Station and right on Oxford Street. Any heavy shopping can be brought back to hotel conveniently and resume more shopping or move to other areas without having to lug your shopping with you.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the most wonderful experiences we have ever had The hotel's location was perfect, and we had access to all the city's most important landmarks. The room was the right size and had everything we needed, including a super comfortable bed and exceptional cleanliness. What made our experience even more wonderful was TRINGA, the receptionist. Upon our arrival at the hotel, our first encounter was with her and she not only provided us with everything we needed, but also made our stay even more wonderful and simpler. Her hospitality was top-notch and she made sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Thank you endlessly, Tringa. The rating for this hotel is 10/10.

(me): We came to the hotel as 4 people. The breakfast was very good, especially Ms Yıldız at the breakfast area helped us a lot, this employee is very good at her job. The fact that the hotel is in a central location made our work easier. Ozcan G. (Manager): The hotel more than met our needs, especially Ms. Yıldiz at the breakfast area was very helpful, she is a very hardworking lady, thanks to her and her manager. Sinem T.: We were generally satisfied with the hotel, Yıldız was very helpful, thank you. The hotel's layout was also good. Mustafa A.: The hotel was very good, the staff was helpful, Ms Yıldız was very helpful, thank you. The room cleaning was also good.

I had a wonderful stay in a hotel on Oxford Street, perfectly located near key attractions like Hyde Park and Soho. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a great city view. Breakfast was delightful, offering a mix of hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The location’s convenience, combined with excellent service, made my trip memorable!

Great location that is in the middle of Bond street where all the shopping takes place. Very accessible by both train and bus. The great thing is that it’s along the Elizabeth line which makes travelling from Heathrow very convenient. The room itself is slightly small but that’s expected. I like that the room is very clean and the toilets are exceptionally clean and well maintained. When I checked out, the staff helped me to store my luggage until I was ready to leave for the airport later in the evening. They also were very helpful in calling a cab for me. Overall on the pricey side but for the convenience and peace of mind I think it’s worth!

Location is ideal next to Bond St tube station. We had a premium King room which was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows which are feather so for allergies would need to ask for a change. Staff in the lounge were really nice.

The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was amazing, we slept like logs. The site opposite the hotel was a large construction site but there was little to no noise heard in the room or communal rooms of the hotel. Th breakfast was really very good, plenty of choice of hot and cold as well as special order items. The location is perfect for anyone staying in London, it's almost on Oxford Street and Bond Street Tube Station is behind it. Would stay here again.
